1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 88eb, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88eb website, mobile application, and all related services offered at https://88eb.club (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 88eb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

88eb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use the 88eb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88eb strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and uses identity verification procedures to confirm player age.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 88eb Platform. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a professional athlete, referee, club official, or any person whose participation in 88eb betting markets might constitute a conflict of interest or violation of applicable sporting integrity rules.

88eb reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified deadline may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

88eb accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 5 business days, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the same name as the 88eb account. 88eb does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

88eb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 within a 7-day rolling period. During this review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. This measure is in place to protect against fraud and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

88eb periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions such as Pohela Boishakh specials, Eid offers, and BPL cricket promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Standard rollover requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period only. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
• 88eb reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multiple-account usage is detected. Winnings accrued through abusive play may be voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address. Re-registering to claim the welcome bonus a second time is considered bonus fraud.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 88eb Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or betting market, as published on the Platform at the time of the wager. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

Cricket & Sports Betting

88eb offers cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and international Test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. Pre-match and live in-play betting are both available. Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or voided match, affected bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (returned) unless a specific market rule states otherwise.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88eb Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

Actions that constitute prohibited conduct include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of activity that distorts the natural outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, including structured deposits designed to evade transaction monitoring thresholds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 88eb staff or other players through any communication channel including the live chat support system.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88eb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if 88eb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88eb's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

88eb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

88eb uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 88eb's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact [email protected] in writing with full details of their complaint before escalating any matter further.

88eb aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to an independent third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties.

12. Amendments & Termination

88eb may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any real-money balance in your account (net of bonuses and pending wagers) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you may have to 88eb at the time of closure, including unsettled bets or pending bonus wagering requirements.
